Deposits
A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required to secure the reservation. An additional deposit may be required during peak periods.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your stay with us, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply:
- If you provide more than 72 hours’ notice of your cancellation, a full refund will be given.*
- If you provide less than 72 hours’ notice of your cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.*
Alternatively, if you would like to retail your monies paid on your guest account this can be held for a maximum of 12 months from the date of cancellation, after this time all monies paid will be retained.
We are unable to provide a refund for early departures or change of dates. Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed by you, any change will result in liability for payment of the entire time booked, unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.
Guests who fail to notify of cancellation or non-arrivals will forfeit all monies paid.
Refund conditions
If you have provided the required notice of cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy and you are entitled to receive a refund, please note that for security reasons the deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment i.e. credit card refunded to the same card as the deposit was paid.
*Peak times- Peak times may be subject to different Cancellation Policy conditions. Please refer to your Booking Confirmation email for further details. Peak times include school holidays, public holidays, long weekends, Easter, Christmas and some local events.
*Online Travel Agent Bookings- Each Online Travel Agent’s website has its own Cancellation and Refund Policy that may be relevant to the specific booking made. Please also refer to your Online Travel Agent’s Cancellation Policy for further details that may impact the above Cancellation Policy.
Accommodation Bookings
Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgement and agreement to our terms and conditions.
Check in: From 2pm, for arrivals after 5.00pm please notify the Park to arrange an after-hours check-in.
Check out: By 10am on the day of departure.
Office hours: The office is open 8.30am – 5.30pm weekdays and 9.00am- 5.00pm weekends and Public Holidays. Please note our office hours vary on Christmas Day
Payments: The balance of your account is payable on arrival and any additional charges incurred during your stay are payable direct tot the Park and must be settled prior to departure.
Tariffs: All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes GST (where applicable). Prices are based on two persons occupying sites/ cabins. Extra person rates apply for each additional person. Rates may be subject to change without notice.
Changes to Bookings: Bookings can be moved on accordance with availability; however, prices may change depending on the new booking site/ cabin category and booking period. Deposits paid can be held in client accounts for a maximum of 12 months. Please note, if you do not rebook within the 12-month period your deposit will be retained by the Park.
Minimum Age: You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Special Requests: We will endeavour to cater for special requests but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that these will be met.
Visitors: Are more than welcome! Please have visitors sign in at the office. Visitors staying overnight can be added to your booking at an additional cost (subject to maximum guest policy for specific site/ cabin).
Maximum number of guests per site/ cabin: The number of people accommodated in each cabin must not exceed the number of beds available. A maximum of 6 people is permitted per site.
Minimum Stay Information: Minimum booking periods may apply.
Promotional codes, vouchers, and membership discounts: Only one promotional/ membership offer can be redeemed on any booking. Individual terms and conditions apply.
Linen: Quoted tariffs include linen for all cabin bookings. All main beds are made up with towels provided. Simple beds and bottom bunk beds are made up with towels provided. Linen is provided for top bunk beds.
Pets: Pets are welcome for site bookings and in our pet friendly accommodation only i.e. Caravan’s, Motorhomes and Campervans, Pet Friendly Cabin), and at the Park Manager’s discretion. Due to health regulations, pets are not permitted in our non-pet friendly cabins or other facilities. For more information, please view our Pet Policy or contact the Park directly.
Servicing of rooms: for stays of 7 nights or longer, a room service may be requested. Please contact the Park to schedule a service.
Damages/ Loss: All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys/ passes, fixtures, and fittings in the accommodation. General wear and tear excluded. A fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required after departure.
Behaviour: Edwards Group reserve the right to refuse entry, to immediately evict any guest, visitor, or member of the public for any anti-social behaviour. Such behaviour may include but is not limited to causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. Alcohol may be consumed on your allocated site or cabin and in the camp kitchen and BBQ areas only. Drunken or disorderly behaviour or possession or use of drugs will not be tolerated.
Holiday/ Short Term Accommodation: Guests are strictly prohibited from using any accommodation within the Park as their principal place of residence. All accommodation is only to be used for genuine short-term stays (such as a holiday or corporate work stay). By accepting a booking, guests confirm that they do not and will not (subject to a written agreement to the contrary) use the Park as their principal place of residence.
E-scooters: In South Australia, E-scooters can only be used on private properties. They are not permitted to be used on public roads, footpaths, or other public spaces. Holiday Park roads are public roads and E-scooters are not permitted to be ridden in the Park.
Park facilities
BBQs and other communal spaces: Facilities are supplied for your use and enjoyment- they are regularly cleaned but please look after them and keep them as clean and tidy as possible so others may use and enjoy them too. Refer to park map for opening times.
Fire Regulations: For safety reasons, we ask that you reverse into your site so that all drawbars face the roadway.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all of the cabins and other park facilities including amenity blocks, camp kitchen, BBQ areas and near the playground area. If you need to smoke, please use the ashtrays provided, outdoor only and be mindful of other guests. Additional cleaning fee will apply for smoking inside cabins.
Car Parking: Each site/ cabin is equipped for one vehicle. Please park any additional vehicles or trailers in our guest car park.
Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm in respect of other guests.
Children: Infants 2 years of age and under are free of charge.
Personal Belongings: Edwards Group takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items. Please remember to lock your cabin, caravan and/ or vehicle when not occupied.
